We provided detailed analysis of the current market trends that present information on all aspects that affect value. We provide an estimate of the property’s market value in its actual physical condition, use and zoning designation, with limiting conditions.
- Analysis, Methods & Techniques Utilized
We describe the analysis that was performed in a data rich format including the supporting information that was used in valuing the property.

Two Step Process:
